Ash Wednesday Worship
and Pancake Supper, March 5th
Lent is a season of spiritual self-examination which begins on Ash Wednesday. Join us as we usher in the Lenten season with our Ash Wednesday service on March 5th. The evening will begin at 6 pm with a pancake supper, followed by a worship service with the Imposition of Ashes at 7 pm.
We’re pleased to host this special joint service with Highlands Congregational Church. This meaningful observance offers an ideal way to enter the contemplative journey of Lent as we prepare for Holy Week and Easter.
Join Rev. Dominic after worship each Sunday (which begins on March 9th) of the Lenten Season for this faith-based class to help navigate the challenging times in which we live. Each session will include a scripture lesson, a short presentation by Rev. Dominic, group discussion, and a “Lenten fast challenge” for the week.
