The Church leadership is comprised of a Board of Deacons which meets monthly to discuss the life of the Church with our Pastor.  These are open meetings and anyone in our Church is welcome to attend.

The Board of Deacons is responsible for carrying out the ministry of Spiritual Life in our Congregation. The work of the Board of Deacons is not to be carried out by its members, but rather the Deacons are to listen to the interests of the congregation and organize ministry in particular areas in response to the interests utilizing small, ad hoc groups.

Senior Deacons oversee the Board of Deacons. Each member of the Board of Deacons is responsible for a particular area of ministry which include:  Deacon of Worship Life, Deacon of Spiritual Care, Deacon of Christian Education, Deacon of Fellowship, Deacon of Youth Ministry, Deacon of Christian Mission, Deacon of Facility Ministry, Deacon of Finance Ministry, Deacon of HR and Congregational Records, Deacon of Tenant Relations , and Deacon of Community Relations.  In addition, there are three At-Large Deacons, representing Youth, Senior members and New members.
